If I could give 10 stars, I would. I found Carol online just by googling realtors in Southaven, MS. This lady is a rare gem. So professional and sweet. My voice of reasoning through the entire process. The way things were explained that I had absolutely no understanding of at first was such a stress relief. She worked really well with the entire team. What I wanted is what she made happened,she was honest and straight forward with anyway things went. I greatly appreciate her for making my first by very pleasant for me!!!!

I don’t quite remember how we found Carol Ann Maxwell and decided to list through her when we sold our home in Desoto County back in February of 2025, but it is the absolute blessing we needed. She worked so diligently for us to make the process quick, easy, and relatively painless. She was always on the ball and up-front about what we needed to do next, but she always had a plan and suggestions for us to get all the steps accomplished. Our house needed a little TLC, and she was right there with recommendations and ideas. When it was time to finally go live with the listing we had an offer that same day! I just can’t say enough about how wonderful it was working with Carol Ann. She is the best!!

Purchasing a house for the second time was a dream. This process was arduous because I was very picky and knew what to look for inside the home to ensure my family and I got the best deal on the market. After looking at so many houses I decided to build a house instead which took about 6 months. Let’s just say the whole process was easy because Carol was my voice and always answered my calls. When I didn’t understand what was going on she explained things, Honestly, I’m just happy to have had a person who has Morals and is truly genuine. She exemplified who I am and took her work seriously. It’s funny but Carol had to be assigned to my life because she never showed her frustrations and was always keeping me in the loop. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the school districts and what I wanted. We grew a bond, which is something I’m beyond thankful for. No matter what I do, I’ve always been taught to put God in it. Carol presented me with a gift with God holding a cross inserted inside a plate, which is beautiful for my closing. To date, this plate sits in my kitchen, right beside my little refrigerator. 🙂 This is what you want when you’re looking for a home, someone who will bless your home. I promise you if you’re looking for a home, CAROL is the best, and she will look out for you!! Trust me and trust the process.

I made a phone call to Carol on Sunday morning. It’s nice to know someone is available to help on any given day. She made numerous appointments for us to view properties, while also searching for other prospects. Even on such short notice, she located the information, and patiently waited for us as we made our inquiries. If you want someone that is down to earth and will tell you how it is, Carol Ann is your realtor. She knows the area, and doesn’t mind taking you to house after house if that’s what it takes. She is extremely available, even later in the evenings and on the weekends to answer any questions you might have. She also takes measures to ensure that her clients are taken care of both in the home search process as well as the closing process.
